Which was the first team you played for?
Marble Range U11’s when I was 10 years old.

How many senior games have you played and who have you played for?
About 170 games for Marble Range and 1 season with Port Adelaide Reserves SANFL.

Did you play representative football, if so, when and which teams?
Played junior football with Lincoln Districts and EP. Senior Football started in 1989 including 11-12 years Mortlock Shield, EP representative, State Country Teams and luckily an
All Australian selection in 1992.

Best players you played with?
I’ve been very fortunate to play with many great players.

Best players you played against?
Trevor Johncock comes to mind, we stood each other most years either forward or back.

What were your most memorable games as a player?
Playing for the EP side on Football Park for the first time as a curtain raiser to the Crows & Essendon, and winning the State Country Championship against Barossa, Light & Gawler.
My first A Grade premiership with Marble Range in 1997 was an unbelievable feeling.

Who was the best coach you ever had?
Peter West, his wisdom, professionalism, and player management skill inspired me to my best.

What advice would you give the next generation of footballers?
Train how you want to play and enjoy yourself.
