2012 – Governance Restructure

In 2012, the Port Lincoln Football League introduced a modern board-style governance structure, transitioning from the traditional committee model. The change was designed to strengthen league administration, improve decision-making, and better support the growth and development of football in the region. The new structure included roles such as Chair, Operations Manager, and Treasurer to oversee the league’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
